Founder

Jeremy Renner is an award-winning actor and dedicated philanthropist whose commitment to giving back is as integral to his identity as his celebrated film roles. In 2023, he founded the RennerVation Foundation,  a youth-focused nonprofit dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for children in foster care and at-risk youth. The foundation’s mission is to foster joy, growth, and a strong sense of belonging, offering these young individuals experiences and resources that allow them to embrace the fullness of childhood. With memorable performances in films including The Hurt Locker and the Avengers series, as well as in the hit TV show Mayor of Kingstown, Renner has increasingly channeled his influence toward philanthropy. Through educational support and enriching experiences, the RennerVation Foundation strives to empower disadvantaged youth by giving young people the chance to flourish and dream.

Kym Renner

Kym currently serves as a Deputy Director with LA County Department of Children and Family Services. Serving as an executive with the largest child welfare jurisdiction in America, she is able to use her experience and wisdom serving many populations with innovative strategies and promising practices for kids and families. With her 24 years of experience in leadership of government and child welfare and her family roots in the foundation, she is able to lead others on this journey of a lifetime to create hope for the families of our future.

Shana Rogers

Vice President

With a career spanning over 15 years working with children and families, 11 years specifically in child welfare, Shana Rogers serves as a Foster Care Licensing Specialist with the Nevada Division of Child and Family Services. With extensive knowledge of child welfare systems, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices, Shana is adept at navigating complex state and federal regulations.
Passionate about the Family First Prevention Services Act and a child-centered approach, Shana prioritizes keeping children safe and ensuring they receive the comprehensive care they need for long-term success. Originally from Reno, Nevada, Shana has a deep commitment to improving the lives of children across the state. Outside of work, she is an active volunteer with the Junior League of Southern Nevada, focusing on combating human trafficking through awareness campaigns, community education, and advocacy. Her commitment to volunteerism reflects her dedication to improving the lives of children and families in her community and beyond.

Rory Millikin

Board Member

Rory Millikin is a father of 3 children and a serial entrepreneur whose inventions and patents have been licensed by some of the largest brands in the world from McDonald's to George Foreman. Rory is also the founder of one of the largest adaptogen mushroom growers in the world, Trucelium, based out of Canada. In addition, Rory is the co-creator, co-exec producer and co-host with Jeremy Renner of the Disney+ TV show Rennervations upon which RennerVation Foundation was born.

Romilda De Luca

Board Member

Born and raised in south Italy, Romilda De Luca debuted in the entertainment business supporting George Lucas on the set of Star Wars at the Royal Palace of Caserta, Italy. She later transferred to LA to pursue her dream and passion for film production and branding. She has 25 years of experience with movie production, product placement, brand strategy, content development, public
relations, talent endorsements, event coordination and more. Movies and TV series she worked as producer include Fathers and Daughters, Poker Face, I.T., Detroit Documentary, Wonderwell, and Rennervations, besides other projects currently in development and in pre-production phase. An upcoming project as executive producer is the American Icons: Jack Daniels. The story on the man behind the most famous spirit brand in the world and the special relationship between Jack and his mentor Nearest Green, a former slave. Romilda is the founder of the brand integration agency RDL Worldwide with offices in Italy and Los Angeles. RDL was recently purchased by Publicis group, one of the biggest media agencies in the world. RDL’s main clients include iconic international brands such as Stellantis Group, Lavazza and Salvatore Ferragamo. RDL focuses on placement and
marketing opportunities, liaising brands with major Hollywood studios acting as a key integration consultant her clients and studios. Some of the most
successful brand campaigns she performed in the industry include the Fast & Furious Saga, 6 Underground, Rush, Zoolander 2, Batman vs Superman, Hunger Games, Anchorman 2, Da Vinci Code, Angels &Demons, Inferno and Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Jesse Corletto

Board Member

Jesse Corletto is a retired 25-year firefighter from Reno, Nevada, who grew up in Northern Nevada. Throughout his career, he not only served his community with over two decades of dedication but also became a successful entrepreneur, actively investing in his local community. He is known for his extraordinary ability to build meaningful relationships, which has significantly advanced the
mission of the RennerVation Foundation. His efforts have helped establish a strong foothold for the foundation, creating impactful opportunities for at-risk and underserved youth. In addition to his firefighting career, Jesse is the founder of EFIREX, a pioneering company specializing in all-natural fire suppression agents designed to combat high-heat and lithium battery fires. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing fire safety standards and showcasing innovative solutions globally. He is also the co-founder of Nozzleman Pizza, a firefighter-founded, quick-serve pizzeria with plans to expand nationwide through a partnership with Walmart. Jesse's legacy is built on his unwavering commitment to serving and uplifting his community, fostering innovation in fire safety, and building businesses that make a difference.

Deborah hayward

Board Member

Deborah Hayward has been a licensed commercial real estate professional in Nevada since
2021, focusing on her family’s development and investment company. Her portfolio includes
commercial, historical, and residential properties in Northern Nevada.
Before joining the family business, Deborah had a distinguished career in the semiconductor
industry. She was one of the founding members of Ultra Clean Technology (UCT), a global multi-
billion-dollar manufacturing company headquartered in Hayward, California (NASDAQ: UCTT).
From 1995 to 2021, she held various strategic and leadership roles, culminating in her position
as UCT’s Senior Vice President of Global Account Management.
Deborah studied Business Administration at the University of California, East Bay. She is deeply
committed to community involvement and has volunteered with several Northern Nevada
nonprofit organizations focused on children’s programs, including the Sky Tavern Junior Ski
Program and the RennerVation Foundation, which has brought foster and at-risk youth to
Christmas on the Comstock for the past two years. Deborah has also served as a commissioner
on the Virginia City Tourism Board for the past year.
A long-time resident of South Reno, Deborah and her family have called the area home for over
20 years. She and her husband, Tom, raised their son Thomas, a graduate of the University of
Nevada, Reno. Together, they continue to invest in redevelopment projects across Storey
County, Washoe County, and downtown Reno, including the Keystone Commons project.
Deborah and Tom are the proud owners of the Red Light Union Building (formerly the Mustang
Ranch Steakhouse) and the Territorial Enterprise Building in Virginia City, Nevada. In early 2024,
they completed a self-funded, million-dollar restoration of the Red Light Union Building, which
now houses two new restaurants, a specialty retail store, a coffee shop, a dedicated event
space, and a short-term rental apartment. The Territorial Enterprise Building is slated to reopen
in late 2025, featuring retail space, flexible pop-up and event areas, a short-term rental
apartment, and the beloved Mark Twain Museum, which continues to host special events
throughout the year.
Deborah’s husband, Tom, is a nationally recognized auctioneer who has appeared on television
shows such as Storage Wars, Auction Hunters, and Hollywood Treasures. A graduate of the
University of Indiana’s Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI), Tom conducts auctions nationwide,
specializing in corporate, bankruptcy, estate, and charity auctions.

Board Member

Pat Cashell is a native Nevadan who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is currently the CEO of Sky Tavern, America's oldest non-profit ski and snowboard learning center. Prior to Sky Tavern, Pat served nearly ten years as Regional Director for Volunteers of America. In addition to his non-profit work, Pat has a passion for commercial and residential real estate with a focus on raising capital and consulting services.

Pat was the manager and co-founder of Reno Works, a workforce development program that provides homeless shelter residents with an opportunity to transition into the workforce and permanent housing. Pat’s past community service includes work as a volunteer and Advisory Board member for the VOA; a board member of Quest Counseling and Consulting and St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. He was a founding board member for Safe Talk for Teens. He also helped form a parent support group for Join Together Northern Nevada aimed at providing support to parents who struggle with kids battling addiction. 

Pat’s passion for community service comes from his own experience with homelessness and addiction. Today, with over eighteen years of recovery under his belt, Pat harnesses his experience and knowledge in providing insightful solutions to complex matters with regard to mental illness, homelessness and addiction. Pat believes that by sharing his story, he’ll inspire hope in those struggling as well as help shed the stigma surrounding these issues.
